Summary

Join our product team as a Researcher for 'Taonga: the Island Farm' game! We're looking for a passionate Researcher to review applications, source candidates, and collaborate with recruiters. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recruitment experience, proficiency in English (B2 or higher), and experience with ATS and sourcing channels.

Requirements

• Passion for games
• Overall recruitment experience of at least 1 year
• Experience with ATS and different kinds of sourcing channels
• English language proficiency at level B2 or higher

Responsibilities

• Reviewing applications and supporting candidates through the whole recruitment process
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, professional communities, and messengers
• Screening resumes and questionnaires
• Closely collaborating with recruiters across all sourcing areas
