Requirements
- 3-6+ years of hands-on sourcing experience in a scaling SaaS company with a global perspective
- Track record identifying candidates for General & Admin, Support, and Operations roles with proven success across India and EMEA markets
- Proficiency in ATS/CRM, with expertise in market research, talent discovery, sourcing strategy optimization, candidate engagement and analytics
- Expertise in using email extractors, browser extensions, and people aggregator tools
- Proven success sourcing talent in India plus Global Markets (EMEA, and APAC)
- Adaptability to shifting priorities with a focus on innovative approaches and delivering results efficiently
- Fluency in English level (C1) with excellent collaboration and cross-cultural communication skills to build rapport with internal stakeholders and candidates
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across various platforms to build and engage robust talent pipelines
- Collaborate with global recruiters and hiring managers to understand and align hiring profile needs with business objectives
- Regularly track and analyze pipeline metrics to provide timely actionable insights for improving sourcing outcomes
- Maintain and enhance our existing candidate database, ensuring profiles are accurate and up-to-date
