Talent Sourcing Associate

Summary

Join our international staffing agency as a Talent Sourcing Associate and play a key role in building a strong candidate pipeline. Reporting to the Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing and identifying talent, maintaining an organized candidate pipeline, and keeping sourcing systems up-to-date. Your main goal is to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for the screening team. This role requires expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and job board mining, along with excellent written communication skills. Requirements

• Have 1+ years of experience in sourcing, talent acquisition, or recruiting, especially INBOUND strategies
• Possess proven expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and job slots, Boolean searches, and job board mining
• Be tech-savvy with experience using sourcing CRMs like Ashby, Deel, or Greenhouse
• Have excellent written communication skills for outreach messaging

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized ATS, ensuring all candidate records are up-to-date and generic funnels are clean and tidy
• Conduct initial candidate searches, send sample profiles to the sales team, and send outreach messages
• Publish and repost job openings across job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
• Request creatives and job post assets for social media and community group engagement
• Post job opportunities in relevant Discord groups, Facebook, LinkedIn groups, and other niche talent communities and job boards
• Assist in monitoring sourcing metrics and reporting on candidate engagement trends

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience with Ashby
