Tax Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 7-8 years' experience years of federal tax consulting and/or compliance experience in public accounting
• Strong experience in S-Corp and Partnership returns
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with CCH access, GoSystems and Caseware

Responsibilities

• Interacting closely with clients to provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance services benefiting clients in the Manufacturing & Distribution or Technology industries, including companies that have an international presence
• Working closely with partners on delivering innovative tax planning strategies with current and prospective multinationals
• Participate in brainstorming and other technical sessions intended to understand a client or prospective client's US and international tax position

Preferred Qualifications

• A CPA is preferred for this role
• Multi state tax experience preferred
• Master’s degree in taxation preferred, accounting degree is required
