Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Taxation, or related field (Masterโs or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of tax experience in a corporate or consulting environment
- Strong knowledge of international and domestic tax laws, transfer pricing, and M&A
- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies to support business growth and financial objectives
- Provide tax advice on corporate transactions, including M&A, restructurings, and investments
- Support cross-functional programs across the company to ensure tax efficiency
- Identify tax-saving opportunities and assess the impact of tax law changes
- Oversee tax-related projects, including new products and tax restructurings
- Ensure tax policies and strategies support integrity and sustainability of the business model
- Partner with Finance, Legal and leadership teams to align tax planning with overall corporate strategy, ensuring key stakeholders understand the tax impact on business operations
