Tax Senior Manager

Summary

Lead the preparation and review of the global income tax provision, ensure accurate calculation and reporting of deferred tax assets/liabilities, and coordinate with auditors and finance teams. Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of tax experience, preferably in a Big 4 accounting firm or a multinational corporation
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740, IFRS, US GAAP and internal tax compliance
• Proficiency in Tax Software (e.g OneSource) and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across departments
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of the global income tax provision in line with ASC 740 and IFRS
• Ensure accurate calculation and reporting of deferred tax assets/liabilities, valuation allowances, and uncertain tax positions
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal finance teams to support tax provisions audits and financial statement disclosures
• Monitor changes in tax accounting standards, managing impact on financial statements
• Ensure compliance with tax reporting requirements, including country-by-country reporting (CbCR) and other regulatory disclosures
• Support the tax team in monitoring intercompany transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting OECD guidelines
