This role manages global tax accounting obligations and supports broader tax risk management, providing guidance on transfer pricing compliance. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background in tax accounting, financial reporting, and international tax principles. Lead the preparation and review of the global income tax provision, ensure accurate calculation and reporting of deferred tax assets/liabilities, and coordinate with auditors and finance teams. Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of tax experience, preferably in a Big 4 accounting firm or a multinational corporation
- Strong knowledge of ASC 740, IFRS, US GAAP and internal tax compliance
- Proficiency in Tax Software (e.g OneSource) and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across departments
- Fluent English
Responsibilities
- Lead preparation and review of the global income tax provision in line with ASC 740 and IFRS
- Ensure accurate calculation and reporting of deferred tax assets/liabilities, valuation allowances, and uncertain tax positions
- Coordinate with external auditors and internal finance teams to support tax provisions audits and financial statement disclosures
- Monitor changes in tax accounting standards, managing impact on financial statements
- Ensure compliance with tax reporting requirements, including country-by-country reporting (CbCR) and other regulatory disclosures
- Support the tax team in monitoring intercompany transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting OECD guidelines
