Teaching and Learning Expert - AI Tutor

Requirements

• You have a Master's degree and/or PhD in the following areas: Pedagogy, Education, Pedagogical Design, Educational Technology, Educational Psychology, Teaching, Methodology, Tutoring, Human Resources
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience at schools & universities (as teachers, tutors, lecturers, etc.) and/or experience in curriculum development, educational technology etc
• Your level of English is advanced (C1)
• You are familiar with different pedagogical frameworks, learner types, ability levels
• You are able to create engaging content through mix of personalization, motivation, gamification, etc
• You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines

Responsibilities

• Generate prompts that challenge AI
• Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI’s answers
• Correct the model’s responses based on your domain-specific knowledge
