FinTech Student Support

Join edX, a part of 2U Inc., and become a valuable member of our instructional team! We offer various part-time remote positions as Teaching Assistants, Tutors, Learning Assistants, or Graders, supporting students in university boot camps globally. These roles involve assisting instructors, providing one-on-one support, facilitating group work, grading assignments, and offering detailed feedback. Prior teaching experience isn't required; we prioritize strong communication, positive energy, and relevant experience. We provide training and resources. Hourly pay is offered, with additional perks including skill development and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience related to the program
• Some familiarity with most or all of the program technologies
• Excellent Time-Management skills
• Stable internet connection
• Flexibility in schedule
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S

Responsibilities

• Help instructors facilitate lessons during class hours
• Assist students during project group work sessions
• Provide one-on-one support to students via Zoom
• Support students via Slack on a structured schedule
• Provide students with detailed, clear assignment grades and feedback

Preferred Qualifications

More than 6 months of experience (depending on the role)
