Summary
Join Correlation One as a Teaching Assistant (TA) and contribute to our virtual Cybersecurity training program! This 25-week role involves supporting approximately 25-30 learners in a remote setting. As a TA, you will facilitate learning through live lectures, individual office hours, and collaborative work with other TAs and instructors. The position requires a year of professional cybersecurity experience with a degree or equivalent credentials, and a CompTIA Security+ certification. The role is fully remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on learners' success.
Requirements
- One year of professional experience in the Cybersecurity field with a degree or approved credentials; If no related degree, 2+ years of professional experience in the Cybersecurity field
- Previous teaching or learner support experience, ideally in a remote environment
- Post-secondary degree or other credentials in Cybersecurity or a related field
- Must have a CompTIA Security+ certification
Responsibilities
- Participate in live lectures, providing helpful and fast responses via Slack
- Provide individual office hour sessions for learners each week
- Work with fellow TAs and Lead Instructors on ways to improve the learner experience
- Host review sessions, lab sessions, or other support mechanisms to ensure the progress and satisfaction of your learners
- Respond to your learnersβ questions and messages on Slack within 24 hours
- Attend a weekly TA meeting with C1 staff members
Preferred Qualifications
A CySA+ certification might be considered
