Responsibilities
- Streamline Scheduling and Coordination: Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and liaise with internal and external teams, including high-level leaders, to ensure seamless communication and logistics
- Oversee Logistics and Events: Plan travel, book event spaces, coordinate vendors, and handle event-specific needs to deliver successful gatherings attended by influential stakeholders
- Manage Administrative Operations: Handle expenses, invoices, and office processes, ensuring smooth operations that support high-level decision-making and leadership activities
- Support Event Preparations: Develop briefings, prepare documents, conduct due diligence, and track guest invitations for major events involving prominent leaders and global partners
- Enhance Team Connectivity: Organize team away days, meetings, and initiatives to foster a positive and connected remote team culture while supporting interactions with key leadership figures
