Summary
Join Chicago's leading real estate brokerage firm as a Contract Administrator - Coordinator! This remote, full-time position in Argentina/Uruguay requires strong organizational and communication skills. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in contract administration, real estate transactions, or legal documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
Responsibilities
- Review and approve documentation for sales and rental transactions across multiple regions
- Provide feedback to agents regarding missing or incomplete paperwork
- Ensure accurate data entry and updates in the Deal Management System
- Serve as a key point of contact for contract-related inquiries
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper distribution and record-keeping
- Assist in various administrative processes and operational projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with contract management software or databases is a plus
