Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in appointment setting/sales
- At least 1 year of successful leadership experience
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and improving team performance
- Familiarity with appointment setting and sales software
- Advanced skills in MS Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid coaching and training skills
- Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- A bachelor's degree in any relevant field
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the team reaches their target, including doing calls if needed as well as monitoring individual performances on assigned shift
- Supervise day-to-day activities of the team, setting weekly targets, and working with team members to eliminate speed and/or delivery blockers
- Review the quality of calls between our team and customers, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement
- Drive efforts to create the best possible customer experience while driving sales growth
- Coach team members and provide feedback as needed
- Analyze performance data and look for ways to continually optimize and improve
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and monitor their results
- Lead team events, including weekly planning and review, as well as ad hoc meetings
- Work with the business to regularly update the companyβs voice lead gen goals based on capacity as well as evolving business needs
- Report on team progress, identifying areas for optimization and improvement
- Participate in recruiting and relevant HR activities (performance review, giving performance callouts, and others)
