Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in appointment setting/sales, at least 1 year of successful leadership experience required
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and improving team performance
  • Familiarity with appointment setting and sales software (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the team reaches their target, including doing calls if needed as well as monitoring individual performances on assigned shift
  • Supervise day-to-day activities of the team, setting weekly targets, and working with team members to eliminate speed and/or delivery blockers
  • Review the quality of calls between our team and customers, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement
  • Drive efforts to create the best possible customer experience while driving sales growth
  • Coach team members and provide feedback as needed
  • Analyze performance data and look for ways to continually optimize and improve
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives and monitor their results
  • Lead team events, including weekly planning and review, as well as ad hoc meetings
  • Work with the business to regularly update the company’s voice lead gen goals based on capacity as well as evolving business needs
  • Report on team progress, identifying areas for optimization and improvement
  • Participate in recruiting and relevant HR activities (performance review, giving performance callouts, and others)
