Requirements
- You have 3+ years of experience in an SDR role and at least 1 year of experience in a leadership or team lead position
- Due to the nature of this role and its cross-functional responsibilities, candidates must be based in the PST or MST time zones to ensure optimal overlap with our core working hours
- Youโve worked in a SaaS or tech sales environment, ideally with a remote or global team
- You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Youโre passionate about coaching and mentoring others and can adapt your style to support different learning needs
- Youโre comfortable using sales tech and data to make informed decisions
- You know how to navigate ambiguity, solve problems creatively, and drive consistent results
- You bring strong communication skills and thrive in collaborative environments
- Time-zone overlap requirement: Must have at least 2 hours of overlapping availability with Brisbane-based leadership each week
Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting efforts while carrying a quota and generating a qualified pipeline
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of US-based SDRs, fostering a growth mindset and high-performance culture
- Track and analyze performance metrics (conversion rates, lead quality, pipeline volume) to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to align goals and improve lead handoff processes
- Represent the SDR team in cross-functional meetings, sharing key insights and feedback
- Leverage sales technologies such as Salesforce, Apollo, Gong, 6Sense, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to optimize workflows and track team performance
- Partner with Marketing on campaign feedback and ensure SDR efforts are aligned with demand gen initiatives
