Requirements

  • Hold a BA Degree in Computer Sciences (or FP) and/or have professional experience in Software
  • Possess a software engineering background
  • Have at least 5 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years as a Team Lead and experience in a product manager role
  • Demonstrate good management skills and team spirit
  • Have experience with Java and the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot
  • Have experience with Python and FastAPI
  • Have experience with Javascript and Typescript, including Angular
  • Possess skills in front-end development, including building, running, and debugging web applications
  • Have experience with testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, and Testing Library
  • Have experience with REST APIs
  • Have experience with AWS, Amazon S3, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, etc
  • Write clean code
  • Be fluent in English and/or Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for Team Health
  • Run 1:1s, support team members, and guide their professional and personal development
  • Deliver fair performance reviews to build trust and motivate the team
  • Hire the best talent for your team
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for team members
  • Anticipate, identify, and eliminate blockers within the team
  • Serve as a point of contact for Product Owners and Delivery Managers
  • Act as a facilitator and mediator within the team
  • Ensure adherence to guidelines, best practices, and architecture
  • Advocate for and enable successful delivery
  • Share knowledge and team agreements within the team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have DevOps knowledge (Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Openshift)
  • Be a German speaker
