Summary

The job is for a Customer Service Manager at OKX, a global digital asset trading platform. Requirements

• Diploma or above in any related field
• Ability to work in rotational shifts

Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer service operations
• Complete various data indicators given by the company to the department
• Create a professional customer service brand image
• Implement departmental goals, plans and policies
• Formulate and supervise the implementation of rules and regulations
• Track, analyze, and summarize daily data
• Discover problems, optimize team processes, and track implementation
• Monitor competitive products dynamically and provide analysis reports

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Zendesk
• Familiarity with crypto/finance-technology industry
• Experience working with teams across global offices and time zones
