Requirements

  • Bring at least 4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or growth – ideally in a SaaS or platform environment
  • Have leadership experience in customer-oriented teams (professional or disciplinary) and know how to motivate and empower people
  • Have a pronounced analytical mindset, manage account management and success with clear KPIs, and derive measures from them
  • Get involved, think entrepreneurially, and proactively drive processes forward
  • Have experience in dealing with complex customer structures – ideally in regulated industries such as the healthcare sector
  • Speak German fluently and can also communicate confidently in English

Responsibilities

  • Lead a regional Customer Success team (6–10 colleagues) in a disciplinary, professional, and motivating manner
  • Ensure excellent account management: Ensure your team actively cultivates customer relationships, identifies needs, and develops tailored solutions
  • Combine customer satisfaction and platform usage with clear account development – and strategically expand up- and cross-selling potential
  • Establish a data-driven approach: Your team works with KPIs, reports, and analyses of customer usage, churn risks, leads, and sales potential – and makes decisions based on hard numbers
  • Develop scalable processes, playbooks, and CRM standards that closely interlink account management, success, and lead generation
  • Continuously coach your team so that it acts confidently in escalations, customer meetings, and contract negotiations and is perceived as a strategic partner
  • Work closely with Sales, SDR/BDR, Product, and Growth – with the clear goal of anchoring Customer Success as a sustainable growth driver in the company
