Team Lead - Design & Integration

Summary

We are seeking a Team Lead with at least 5 years of experience, including 1-2 years as a TeamLead/Coordinator, to lead our team of Integrators and Designers. The role involves improving end-to-end processes, quality, and turnaround times while setting quality standards and best practices for Custom WordPress sites.

Requirements

• Must have knowledge on Wordpress Beaver Editor
• Good exposure on Photoshop, HTMLS, CSS3, Bootstrap, Wordpress and Jquery
• Hands-on experience with markup languages
• Good exposure on 'PSD to HTML conversion
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
• Understanding of design aesthetics
• Familiarity with softwares like Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and content management systems
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Effectively lead and coach the team of Integrators (HTML/Wordpress) and Designers
• Set quality standards and best practice build processes for our Custom WordPress sites
• Manage resources and tasks across the team
• Track and manage projects to ensure they are completed by the deadlines
• Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
• Lead by setting a good example –behavior consistent with words
• Facilitate problem solving and collaboration
• Encourage creativity and constant improvement
• Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams as necessary

• Should be flexible with any shift timings
