Requirements

• 1 to 5 years experience as a Team Lead
• Highly Organized
• Superior Moral Compass and Work Ethics
• Operations Management skills
• People Coach
• Payment Posting SME
• Analytical & Problem Solving skills
• Can Communicate with & Present to Clients
• Proficiency in medical coding systems (e.g., CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)
• Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes
• Proficient in using healthcare information systems and billing software
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports
• Demonstrated problem-solving and process improvement skills

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC) is a plus
