Remote Billing Lead

As a leader in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team, you will oversee onshore and offshore billing teams, prioritize work, monitor productivity and quality, and analyze claims to ensure excellent customer outcomes and KPIs.

Requirements

• Previous experience leading medical billing teams and viewed as an empowering leader
• Strong analytical skills - learning and investigative mindset, value those mindsets in others
• Approach RCM from a preventive standpoint vs being reactive - prevent denials/rejections upstream
• Wide range of experience across multiple specialties, multi-state billing, and tele-health billing
• Revenue Cycle Management experience such as EDI Enrollments, Payment Posting and Reconciliation, Denial Resolution and Management, etc
• Capable of rolling up your sleeves but can be flexible/resourceful to adapt to the ever-changing needs of the business
• Clear and concise communicator; enjoy explaining complicated ideas in simple terms, both in-person and in writing

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the RCM Lead for oversight of Candid’s onshore and offshore billing teams including prioritization of work, monitoring of team productivity & quality, and claims analysis to ensure we achieve excellent customer outcomes and KPIs
• Lead, support, and unblock our talented billing team to ensure billing targets are attained
• Identify and own initiatives that continually increase the focus areas and operational effectiveness of our billing team
• Identify and flag patterns in our billing lifecycle to help inform product and engineering solutions

Benefits

Estimated starting annual salary range: $95,000 - $125,000 USD
