Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2-4 years’ experience in leading operations in fast-growth businesses - SaaS is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and constant changing dynamics
- Practiced and focused on data analysis and reporting, familiar with customer service metrics
- You convince with professionalism and conscientiousness in dealing with your stakeholders
- Experience with evaluating and implementing processes/initiatives which improve the work dynamic between Teams
- You always show commitment and enjoy change
Responsibilities
- Identify and call out issues and improvement areas within Partner Management and take appropriate action, working together with owners where needed
- Partner with Finance and BA, ensuring consistent data structures and connections to backend systems
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on your team, individual performance and the local teams and identify areas for improvement
- Motivate and inspire your Team to be at their best and grow in their role by developing themselves, creating an environment of constant learning and growth
- Documentation and organization of key workflows, processes, metrics and systems
- Bring a clear vision for the Partner Operations team and continuously improve existing processes at scale that can be replicated across different markets and countries
- Willingness to lead by example and be hands-on when required
- Implement an OKR-driven culture in the team in line with the business goals and KPIs
- Continuously and proactively seek ways to improve the service for our Partner and ways to make the team more efficient
Preferred Qualifications
Great experience with CRM tools - Salesforce and Pipedrive is a plus
