Team Lead, Product Operations - Classification

Summary

Join DoubleVerify's Product Operations AI Curation team as a Supervisor and contribute to making the internet safer for advertisers and publishers. You will lead a team of 8-15 content labeling associates, focusing on continuous improvement, coaching, and motivation. Responsibilities include supervising daily classification activities, ensuring team training, providing guidance and support, monitoring performance, and ensuring policy compliance. You will foster a collaborative work environment, address conflicts, and collaborate with other departments to enhance efficiency. The role also involves tracking KPIs, reporting to upper management, and participating in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily classification / labeling activities of team members
• Ensure all team members are up to date on training and latest Policy Team updates
• Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback through Lattice at least once per week and implementing improvement plans when necessary
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Identify training needs and coordinate with HQ Teams to ensure they have the necessary support, knowledge and skill to perform with outstanding speed and accuracy
• Foster a culture of teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement with daily stand up meetings, calibration sessions and feedback
• Address and resolve conflicts within the team in a timely and effective manner, keeping in mind DVs CORE values PACT (Passion, Accountability, Collaboration, Trailblazing)
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management
• Participate in the hiring process, conducting interviews and making recommendations for team expansion
