Remote Team Lead PHP

Summary

Join a dynamic team as the technical and disciplinary leader of a new cross-functional software development team, working on our Wave platform. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring individual team members, evangelizing best practices, and collaborating with other team leads and engineers.

Requirements

• The ability and motivation to be a hands-on servant leader for a cross-functional development team
• You have profound experience in software development, and thrive on concepts like SOLID, TDD and DDD
• You have significant experience with PHP, experience with the Symfony framework is strongly preferred
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
• Knowledge of CI/CD and monitoring and logging tools like Kibana or Grafana is helpful
• You have at least some experience development web applications with modern JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular
• You speak and understand English very well

Responsibilities
