Summary

Join Encora as a Senior Tech Lead Python Developer in Brazil working remotely full-time. You will leverage your broad computer science knowledge to solve complex technical problems, mentor team members, and drive innovation. Responsibilities include actively supporting development teams, translating requirements into architectural designs, and implementing solutions for cloud systems. You will participate in all development phases, from requirements gathering to testing, and collaborate with customers. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience leading development teams and proficiency in Python 3, along with experience in various technologies and Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Experience leading development teams
• Proficiency with development in Python 3
• Experience with pyTest
• Experience with Linux environments, CLI commands, and logs
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with FastAPI
• Experience with Github, GIT, code
• Experience wih AWS
• Knowledge of Agile development (e.g. using Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Actively support the development teams
• Mentor less experienced team members
• Drive team to innovate and deliver roadmap features with agility and high quality
• Digest requirements from product team and work on solutions with performance and scalability features for cloud systems
• Development of new features
• Raise and discuss trade-offs of different design approaches by elaborating detailed design documents
• Participation in the complete cycle of development from requirements gathering, development, and testing
• Participation in technical discussions with customers
• Perform code reviews
• Follow agile processes and participate actively in all development phases
