Tech Lead Developer

Summary

Join Encora as a Senior Tech Lead Python Developer in Brazil and work from home! Responsibilities include developing new features, designing solutions for cloud systems, and participating in all phases of the development lifecycle. This role requires experience leading development teams and proficiency in Python 3, along with experience in various technologies and Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Experience leading development teams
• Proficiency with development in Python 3
• Experience with pyTest
• Experience with Linux environments, CLI commands, and logs
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with FastAPI
• Experience with Github, GIT, code
• Experience wih AWS
• Knowledge of Agile development (e.g. using Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Actively support the development teams
• Mentor less experienced team members
• Drive team to innovate and deliver roadmap features with agility and high quality
• Digest requirements from product team and work on solutions with performance and scalability features for cloud systems
• Development of new features
• Raise and discuss trade-offs of different design approaches by elaborating detailed design documents
• Participation in the complete cycle of development from requirements gathering, development, and testing
• Participation in technical discussions with customers
• Perform code reviews
• Follow agile processes and participate actively in all development phases
