Tech Lead Manager

Summary

The job is for an experienced engineer to lead the data platform infrastructure at Select Star, a Series A company. The role involves driving technical architecture, contributing code, reviewing PRs, estimating and planning product implementations, among other responsibilities. Required qualifications include 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, 2+ years each in analytics engineering, tech lead or engineering manager roles, advanced understanding of Python/Django, databases, distributed systems, microservices, analytics engineering tools like Snowflake, Kafka, Airflow, dbt, Kubernetes, Docker, etc., and intermediate to advanced experience using AWS & managing AWS infrastructure. Preferred qualifications include prior early-stage startup experience and experience in DevOps or Security.
