Remote Tech Lead Manager, Data Analytics

Requirements

• You have extensive experience leading and forming analytical teams
• You are fluent in SQL and at least one programming language for data analysis (Python, R, Julia, etc)
• You can identify highly complex problems, use business knowledge, statistical/econometric tools, and a data-focused programming language to formulate and validate hypotheses, generate insights, and guide stakeholders to make the best decision in line with the company's strategy
• You have experience designing, implementing and analyzing experiments (e.g.: A/B Testing)
• You have experience working with any Business Intelligence tool (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, Superset, etc)
• You have good interpersonal skills
• You can read materials, write studies and present them in English

Responsibilities

• Build a strong team, helping with talent recruitment, retention and career development
• Be a technical reference within the team and also to the rest of the chapter
• Structure analytical projects together (problem, task, solution) based on the stakeholders' macro questions regarding the business
• Understand our business model and be a reference in data analysis tools and techniques (SQL, Python/R, forecasting, clustering, tracking, metrics monitoring, etc)
• Support in defining and monitoring the right metrics to achieve business goals
• Use prediction and prescriptive methods to support decision-making
• Be an internal influencer towards a data-driven culture
• Bring new technologies/techniques that enable high-impact business opportunities
• Be the reference focal point for Product team and other business areas regarding data and analytics
