Join NiCE's DataIQ R&D Engineering team in Pune as a Technical Manager, focusing on building scalable compliance solutions for financial markets. You will take end-to-end ownership of analysis, design, development, implementation, and test automation. Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to align features with their needs. Additional responsibilities include scrum management and driving team success. The role requires balancing technical depth with strategic vision, driving innovation while managing risk, building and retaining high-performing teams, and communicating effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will also navigate organizational politics and ensure 100% execution of R&D.
Requirements
- Frontend Development HTML, CSS, JavaScript – Need at least 6+ years of experience
- Vue And Angular – Need at least 7+ years of experience and both
- Backend Development .Netcore 8.0, .net, C# - 10+ Years of experience
- Java – 8/11/17/21 – 5+ Years of experience
- Node – 2+ Years of experience
- RESTful API Development – Designing and consuming APIs
- Authentication & Authorization – JWT, OAuth basics
- Strong ESAT(90+)
- 7+ Years of experience in stakeholder and product communication
- Unit Test case writing – Junit, NUnit
- Performance metrics, thread dump
- Experience in owning the architecture design – 5+ Years of experience
- 5+ Years of experience in DevOps
- 5+ years of experience in handling the QA certification and automation(selenium)
- 5+ years of experience in customer handling
- 2+ Year of experience in cloud ops
- MSSQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle/ – Relational DB basics, joins, indexing, SPs, schemas
- MongoDB – Understanding NoSQL schemas, queries
- EC2 – Launching and managing virtual servers
- S3 – Object storage, bucket policies
- API Gateway – Connecting frontend with backend APIs
- CloudWatch – Basic logging and monitoring
- IAM – Understanding roles, permissions, and least privilege
- Experience with monitoring tools like Coralogix, Grafana, veracode, blackduck, github
- Experience with CI/CD & Jenkins, Artifactory
- Experience in GenAI and AI powered tool
- Requirement gathering and Defect management using tools like QC and JIRA
- Self-motivated and fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and drive
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; friendly disposition; work effectively as a team player
- Holds very good attitude and take the accountability of the work
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- BS/MS in CS or equivalent degree
- 15+ years of experience in R&D engineering
- 3+ Years of experience as Technical/Engineering Manager role

Preferred Qualifications
- Lambda – Writing serverless functions (preferred)
- Experience working on Actimize solutions or Anti Money Launting, Case Management or Fraud Detection product will be an added advantage
- Experience in financial markets compliance domain
- Experience in Big-Data
- Customers calls (sales or presales)
