Requirements
- 12+ years in technology operations or a similar role within advertising, marketing, or content development
- Extensive knowledge of content production tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and automation software
- Strong experience in managing technology projects and implementing software solutions
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and adapt strategies accordingly
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for training and reporting purposes
Responsibilities
- Create a strategic roadmap for technology integration that aligns with studio goals
- Identify and assess new technologies that can enhance content production efficiency
- Lead the evaluation and selection of new to market Ai tools and software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and automation platforms like Adobe Gen Studio
- Ensure seamless integration of tools across departments to streamline workflows and eliminate silos
- Identify opportunities for automating repetitive or duplicative tasks within the production lifecycle (e.g., resizing images, generating content)
- Work with the design team to implement automated workflows that enhance productivity without sacrificing creativity
- Act as a liaison between technical and creative teams to ensure that technology meets the needs of the creative process
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for team members as needed
- Develop and conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies, ensuring effective adoption
- Create documentation and resources to assist team members in using tools and processes effectively
- Establish KPIs for technology use and workflow efficiency
- Monitor performance metrics and report findings to leadership, making recommendations for improvements
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in technology
- Propose new initiatives for enhancing technology use and improving production quality
