Tech Project Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Project Manager and own the end-to-end delivery of Web3 technical projects. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with engineers, and support technical feasibility assessments. You will also develop and maintain project timelines, provide regular updates, and collaborate with overseas teams. This role requires strong project management and technical skills, fluency in English, and experience in Web3 technologies. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
• At least 6 months of software development experience
• 1+ years of project management experience
• Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, Rust)
• Familiar with Git, Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools
• Knowledge or hands-on experience in Web3 areas such as DeFi, NFT, Layer 2, and smart contracts
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written) for technical and business communication
• Strong cross-team coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Results-oriented with strong execution capability and resilience under pressure

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Web3 technical projects, from requirements gathering, planning, execution tracking, to final launch and acceptance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, QA) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
• Use your development background to communicate effectively with engineers, ensuring requirements are clear and feasible
• Support technical feasibility assessments and drive solution design and optimization
• Develop and maintain project timelines, proactively identifying risks and removing blockers
• Provide regular project updates and resource reports to management
• Work closely with overseas teams and partners to ensure smooth collaboration across time zones and cultures
• Host meetings, prepare documentation, and manage communications in fluent English
