Responsibilities

• Plan and manage product development, integrating technology, UX, and business
• Manage specific use cases for business applications or Tailor Core Platform products
• Collaborate with CEO, CTO, Tech Lead, engineers, and UX designers to define product and microservice requirements and drive development projects forward
• Identify potential risks and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth project progress
• Create a cycle of planning, development, release, customer feedback, and learning to improve product management and organizational processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Have software engineering experience
• Have experience leading new businesses or projects
• Have experience with agile development, understanding of the software development cycle
• Have experience with microservice architecture and project progress
• Have experience developing B2B software (packages, SaaS)
• Have experience integrating external vendors or partners in product development
• Have experience designing and developing data models, Web APIs, and customer journeys
