Summary
Join LanguageWire as a Tech Team Lead and lead a new team in building and scaling our core product used by thousands of enterprise customers. You will recruit and mentor engineers, work with backend and frontend technologies (C#, .NET Core, microservices, JavaScript, TypeScript), and contribute to the codebase. The role involves close collaboration with product owners, other team leads, and the Director of Engineering. You'll be responsible for the software development lifecycle and ensuring the team's success. This full-time position offers a FlexiWire@home remote work option and various benefits.
Requirements
- Team lead experience
- Able to motivate and engage with engineers. You must be a likeable person!
- Strong engineering experience working with high performance software
- You are passionate about writing solid code
- Solid experience with C#, .Net Core, micro services in SaaS setup, Open API
- Fluent in spoken and written English
Responsibilities
- Lead your team in personal and professional growth ensuring they have what they need to succeed
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable cloud solutions with a focus on backend technology & APIs
- Work closely with our Product Owners to ensure business expectations are met, and we deliver solutions that works in real life
- Contribute actively to the code base by taking part of the implementation and code reviews
- Manage the Software Development Life Cycle within your team. You build it - You run it
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working for a tech enabled LSP before
- Experience in automated data transformation
