Join us as a Tech Team Lead and lead a new team in one of our Tribes. You will be responsible for recruiting new team members, leading the team, and lifting the product to the next level of scalability and functionality.

Requirements

• Team lead experience
• Able to motivate and engage with engineers. You must be a likeable person!
• Strong engineering experience working with high performance software
• You are passionate about writing solid code
• Solid experience with C#, .Net Core, micro services in SaaS setup, Open API

Responsibilities

• Leading your team in personal and professional growth ensuring they have what they need to succeed
• Analyzing business requirements and design scalable cloud solutions with a focus on backend technology & APIs
• Working closely with our Product Owners to ensure business expectations are met, and we deliver solutions that works in real life
• Contributing actively to the code base by taking part of the implementation and code reviews
• Managing the Software Development Life Cycle within your team. You build it - You run it
