• Knowledge in IT: Familiarity with system architecture, design and deployment of infrastructure, design patterns, development technologies, security, scalability, software development, front-end and back-end technologies, various programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python), databases, cloud technologies, DevOps and automation tools, etc
• Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies
• Familiarity with products and solutions
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Effective technical communication skills
• Basic troubleshooting skills
