Technical Account Manager

Summary

Requirements

• Basic understanding of software engineering, cloud architecture, and deployment methodologies
• Proven track record in managing technical projects from inception to completion
• Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on customer success and satisfaction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Capacity to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and other stakeholders
• Experience in fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including project plans, requirements documents, and user guides
• Dedication to understanding and meeting customer needs, with a focus on driving customer success and satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Ensure a great client experience by coordinating incoming requests with engineers and managing client relationships
• Work closely with the engineering team and lead various project management activities

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS, GCP, or Azure certifications
• Experience with Python, Node.js, JavaScript, and SQL
