Responsibilities

  • Directly manage a team of 6+ Technical Account Managers
  • Weekly 1x1 with each team member
  • Productive collaboration with Customer Success, Engineering, Product Management and other related departments
  • Team members are proactive and accountable: lead weekly or monthly meetings, promote workshops (Virtual/on-site), communicate issues relevant to customers’ environment, educate on new releases, identify needs and act to address
  • Monitor Team bandwidth and forecast required head count
  • Proactively track and drive TAM SKU renewal
  • Efficient resource management to deliver all assignments
  • Coach TAMs with best practices to improve efficiency and professionalism
  • Identify and address knowledge & skills gaps
  • Monitor quality KPIs to address concerns quickly and effectively
  • Mentor engineers with managerial potential
  • Be integral in interviewing and onboarding new hire candidates
  • Be engaged with the customers assigned to your direct reports Periodically join customer sync calls
  • Act as a point of escalation
  • Deliver Performance Improvement Plan to low performers
  • Ownership on assigned special projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SaaS based security solutions
  • Multi OS support experience: Windows, Mac & Linux
  • Experience with SIEMs, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS\GCP), and Active Directory
  • Previous project management experience
  • Salesforce reporting acuity
  • East Coast availability
