The ideal candidate possesses proven experience as a Technical Architect with a focus on data migration and strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Java, and Spring Boot. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect, with a focus on data migration projects
• Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, including data modelling, performance tuning, and migration strategies
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot microservices architecture
• Experience with ETL processes and migration tools
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the end-to-end data migration strategy, ensuring integrity, efficiency, and minimal downtime
• Architect, develop, and optimize MongoDB database structures to support migration and ongoing application needs
• Provide technical leadership on Java and Spring Boot microservices architecture, ensuring best practices and scalability
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and business teams to ensure a seamless migration process
• Define technical standards, guidelines, and best practices for data architecture and microservices development
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to data migration and system performance
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in MongoDB, Java, or cloud platforms
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
• Knowledge of API design and integration patterns
