Technical Architect

Summary

Concurrency is seeking a Technical Architect to join their Modern Applications team. The Technical Architect will partner with new and existing customers to help define their future direction and vision, lead requirements and design sessions, assist in pre-sales client sessions, and expand their knowledge of emerging Microsoft development trends. They require over 7 years of experience in enterprise systems design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support, experience with modern cloud hosted back-end solutions using .NET and/or .NET Core, front-end solutions using React or similar libraries/frameworks, mobile development, advanced integration scenarios in web solutions, and proven experience building highly scalable solutions in Azure. Preferred requirements include Test Driven Development experience, exposure working in a professional services organization, hands-on experience with React Redux, modern UI libraries, and design tools.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in full life cycle enterprise systems design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support
• Experience designing, implementing, and testing modern cloud hosted back-end solutions using .NET and/or .NET Core
• Experience designing, implementing, and testing front-end solutions using React (or similar libraries/frameworks)
• Professional experience with mobile development (React Native, Flutter, Xamarin, Ionic)
• Experience with advanced integration scenarios in web solutions
• Proven experience building highly scalable solutions in Azure
• A passion for learning as demonstrated by involvement in technology-focused academic extracurriculars

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements and design sessions with external and internal teams
• Author functional requirements and technical design documentation
• Assist in Pre-sales client sessions and develop estimates and proposals
• Lead strategic planning and define solution with clients
• Work with solution team to help set standard architectures, processes, and best practices
• Develop deep working relationships with key partners and vendors
• Promote service offerings through blogs posts, industry groups, and speaking events
• Participate in the planning, design, and development of new solutions as well as in enhancements, modifications, and corrections to existing solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Test Driven Development experience
• Exposure working in a professional services organization
• Hands on experience with React Redux
• Proven experience with modern UI libraries (Material UI, Semantic UI, Bulma, etc.)
• Experience with Figma, Sketch or similar design tools
