Summary

The job involves developing a web-based Forest Service Accomplishment Portal (FSAP) with various modules as a Technical Architect-Expert on a remote basis for 12+ months.

Requirements

• Considerable knowledge of reporting using SSRS
• Extensive experience with C#
• Strong SQL Server skills with experience in writing complex SQL queries, triggers, stored procedures, and user defined functions
• Experience with Team Foundation Server
• Ability to learn new software systems and programming languages by studying available references
• Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form
• Good management, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Extensive knowledge and programming experience using ASP.net
• Extensive knowledge and programming experience using CSS
• Extensive knowledge and programming experience using jQuery
• Extensive knowledge and programming experience using JavaScript
• Extensive knowledge and programming experience using Entity Framework
• Esri web development experience

Responsibilities

Develop a web-based Forest Service Accomplishment Portal (FSAP)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Esri ArcGIS API for JavaScript
• Knowledge of ArcSDE and ArcGIS Server deployment on MS SQL Server RDMS
• Knowledge of ArcGIS Server REST API
• Knowledge of Python and geoprocessing scripts published to ArcGIS Server
• Experience with ArcGIS Runtime SDKs
• Experience with ArcObjects
• Experience with Python and the arcpy package
