Requirements

• Strong understanding of blockchain technologies
• Proven experience in technical research, preferably in the blockchain space
• Previous experience moderating technical or developer-focused communities
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with community members
• Ability to identify and resolve community issues promptly
• Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate the needs of an always-active ecosystem
• Proficiency in creating technical content and documenting the process

Responsibilities

• Community Moderation: Monitor community channels, respond to technical inquiries, perform basic troubleshooting, engage with community members, conduct AMAs, webinars, and workshops
• Technical Research: Conduct in-depth research on security in Web3, MPC, and other blockchain technologies, stay updated on the latest trends, compile findings into reports, coordinate with independent community members
• Strategy Support: Assist in formulating and executing community engagement strategies based on research and feedback, provide insights to improve community interaction
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the DevRel Team and other internal teams, communicate effectively with developers and community members
