Requirements

• Have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
• Have (several years of) experience with Citrix or other terminal services/VDI solutions
• Possess a great interest in the operation of Citrix farms and applications, as well as in familiarizing yourself with new topics
• Demonstrate solution- and process-oriented thinking and a confident appearance towards customers
• Have experience in one or more of the following topics: Citrix, XenApp, XenDesktop, Microsoft Terminal Services, App-V, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, SQL Server, M365, Azure AD
• Speak business fluent German and good English

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and install Citrix environments
• Support the operation and further development of existing Citrix applications
• Operate standard and third-party applications within the Citrix environment
• Participate in release and patch management
• Carry out various other topics in independent projects
