Technical Consultant

As a Technical Consultant, you'll implement various ServiceNow modules, enable our clients, build custom business applications, and integrate ServiceNow and third-party applications and telephony platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years coding in JavaScript and ServiceNow deployments and / or integrations with experience developing and supporting ServiceNow modules for customers
• ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator (minimum) required
• ServiceNow – Certified Implementation Specialist – required
• Experience with database design schemas and data modeling
• Experienced with JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, Angular, or Node.js
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude; a proven team player
• ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundations certification preferred)

Responsibilities

• Implement various ServiceNow modules (ITOM, ITBM, CSM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC, App Engine, IntegrationHub and ITSM)
• Enable our clients
• Build custom business applications
• Integrate ServiceNow and third-party applications and telephony platforms
