Summary

Thirdera is seeking experienced ServiceNow consultants to implement various ServiceNow modules, build custom business applications, and integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications. The role requires 3+ years of coding experience in JavaScript and ServiceNow deployments/integrations, a Certified System Administrator certification, and familiarity with ITSM and ITIL.

Requirements

• 3+ years coding in JavaScript and ServiceNow deployments/integrations
• ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator (minimum)
• ServiceNow – Certified Implementation Specialist – required
• Experience with database design schemas and data modeling
• Experienced with JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, Angular, or Node.js
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude; a proven team player
• ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundations certification preferred)

Responsibilities

• Implement various ServiceNow modules (ITOM, ITBM, CSM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC, App Engine, IntegrationHub and ITSM)
• Enable clients, build custom business applications
• Integrate ServiceNow and third-party applications and telephony platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow – Certified Application Developer
• Experience working with Web Services technologies such as SOAP and REST
• Computer Science or Engineering degree or an equivalent
