Requirements

• 3+ years of writing experience, preferably in technology-related fields. Experience with internet security, SaaS, observability, and/or digital systems is a strong advantage
• Ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with best practices for SEO and content marketing strategies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging, and technically accurate content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, technical guides, and website copy, tailored to the needs of clients in internet security, SaaS, observability, and digital systems industries
• Conduct thorough research to understand complex technical topics, and transform that research into crisp, compelling copy
• Optimize content for search engines while aligning with overarching marketing strategies to achieve business goals
• Adapt tone, style, and complexity to target audiences ranging from C-suite executives to technical teams
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output
• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices within the technical landscape to keep content fresh and relevant

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field
• Background or certifications in cybersecurity, cloud computing, SaaS, or similar technical domains
• Experience working in an agency or freelance environment, managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously

Benefits
