Summary

Requirements
- Have experience in software development or a strong interest in tech and a willingness to learn quickly
- Possess some experience with web development or web technologies (understanding of APIs)
- Have experience in customer success or product advocacy, including renewals, upsells, and customer retention
- Demonstrate genuine care for customers and a desire to improve their experience
- Possess the ability to identify opportunities for account growth and pursue them
- Bring energy and a positive attitude
- Be able to take an idea, run with it, and see it through
- Be able to explain complex information clearly and simply to customers
- Be confident in speaking and writing in English
- Work well with others and enjoy being part of a team
Responsibilities
- Help developers succeed with Apify's tools (SDKs, CLI, API, and Crawlee)
- Build real relationships with customers and help them see how Apify fits their needs
- Get customers excited about new features and creative uses of Apify
- Work with engineers to solve customer problems
- Run demos, webinars, or workshops showcasing Apify's capabilities
- Monitor customer progress and find ways to keep them engaged
- Identify at-risk customers and provide assistance
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts (renewals, upsells, new use cases)
- Conduct business reviews with customers
- Guide accounts from low-touch to more hands-on support
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to understand customer needs and advocate for changes
- Identify areas of difficulty for users and advocate for fixes
- Help prioritize new features that benefit customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with web scraping, automation, headless browsers, proxies, SaaS/PaaS platforms, cloud setups, or coding in JavaScript or Python
- Experience with data-driven customer metrics, business reviews, or pricing conversations
