Summary

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the telecommunication sector
• Strong strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Collaborate with the product development team to address and resolve product issues
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
• Identify areas for improvement in support processes and implement changes
• Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of support activities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the internal customer support team for technical support issues
• Ensure clear and concise documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
