• Ability to provide friendly and professional customer service and gain experience
• Technical knowledge and skills in handling computer systems and software at basic level
• Understanding the basics of payment processing, including knowledge about payment gateways, credit card processing, and e-commerce
• Ability to solve technical problems and collaborate with technical teams to resolve them
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities
• Detail-orientation and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
• Legal authorization to work in Ireland

Responsibilities

• Answering customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
• Providing support to resolve technical issues during payment processing and collaborating with technical teams to solve them
• Guiding customers on the use of ValPay's payment processing solutions to ensure efficient and effective usage
• Escalating customer problems to management when necessary
