Technical Delivery Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Lead in enterprise software projects
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform architecture and capabilities
• Experience overseeing projects involving: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate (workflow automation and approvals), Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and integrations, Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, and data migration tools
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and cloud deployment methodologies
• Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Teams)
• Solid grasp of QA lifecycle, release management, and UAT coordination
• Excellent verbal, written, and client-facing communication skills
• Must be available during EST business hours

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality goals are met
• Translate business and technical requirements into actionable delivery plans
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including solution architects, developers, functional consultants, testers, and infrastructure leads
• Manage solution delivery for platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Azure services
• Oversee technical solution design, data migration, API integrations, and custom development efforts
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the SDLC
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and demos
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide regular status reports
• Ensure technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment plans are delivered and maintained

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-900, MB-910, AZ-900)
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification
• Experience with public sector or nonprofit projects is a plus
