Technical Delivery Manager

Summary

Join Turing, a rapidly growing AI company, as a key member of the GenAI delivery organization. You will lead GenAI projects from proof-of-concept to full-scale implementation for Fortune 500 clients. Responsibilities include heading a team of engineers, performing business analysis, designing solutions, and aligning the team with a technical roadmap. You will also study new LLM research and implement it to showcase technical prowess and build value for Turing. The ideal candidate possesses 12+ years of experience in building machine learning models and systems, along with 1+ years of experience with LLMs and generative AI techniques. Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience in building Machine Learning models & systems
• 1+ years of experience in how LLMs & Generative AI (LLM) techniques work, particularly prompt engineering, RAG, and agents
• Understanding of latest GenAI frameworks like Langchain, Langgraph, Llama-index, etc
• Understanding of Cloud services, including Azure, GCP, or AWS
• Excellent communication skills & stakeholder management to effectively collaborate with client SMEs
• Entrepreneurial & founders mindset to own end-to-end deliveries and guide customers through various phases

Responsibilities

• Head GenAI client engagements end-to-end. Be the primary owner capable of independently executing such projects and bringing more future business for Turing
• Perform business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution workflow design for GenAI/ML projects
• Align the engineering team toward a technical roadmap and ensure timely execution of the roadmap to achieve customer satisfaction
• Study new LLM research topics and implement the same to showcase technical prowess to clients and build value for Turing
