Summary

Join Enterra Solutions as a Deployment Manager and oversee the deployment of AI solutions from planning to execution and support in cloud environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery meeting customer expectations. Lead deployment in diverse environments, developing and managing deployment plans, timelines, resources, and risk assessments. Create documentation, manage technical deployment artifacts, and communicate infrastructure requirements to clients. Provide technical support, liaise with clients, facilitate training, track progress, and resolve deployment challenges. Gather post-deployment insights to enhance future strategies. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in client-facing roles and cloud-based services. Remote work is permitted.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software solution deployment specifically deployment roles within Cloud based services ideally at a software company
  • 3+ years of experience with MS Azure cloud
  • Strong understanding of Cloud technologies, their applications and the use of Dockerized Images
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a client-facing/consulting role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage deployment plans, including timelines, resources, and risk assessments
  • Work closely with product development, engineering, and client services teams to ensure seamless deployment of Enterra’s platforms and solutions
  • Create documentation and manage the library of client-specific technical deployment artifacts
  • Communicate infrastructure technical requirements to clients, and manage and resolve issues for deployment
  • Provide technical answers to client queries, including participation in client architectural reviews
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and gather feedback throughout the deployment process
  • Facilitate training sessions for clients and internal teams, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the solutions effectively
  • Track deployment progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve deployment challenges promptly to minimize impact on timelines and client satisfaction
  • Gather insights post-deployment to enhance future strategies and processes
  • Support Client Services team with RFI and RFP responses

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Experience as a technical/data analyst
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Microsoft Power BI / Tableau) and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)
  • Experience in environments using of one or more of the following technologies: Data Science, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Ontologies, Business Rules, Business Intelligence, Data
  • Experience in environments using statistical or BI packages for analyzing large datasets (e.g., Excel, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau etc.)
