Technical IAM Manager

Join our team as a Technical Manager for Identity and Access Management (IAM)! This 100% remote, direct-hire position requires a seasoned leader with 10+ years of experience managing IAM teams. You will lead the IAM team, overseeing Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Manager, Oracle HCM integrations, and API-based services. Responsibilities include managing IAM operations, enforcing security compliance, implementing API integrations, and overseeing automation projects. You will also troubleshoot IAM issues, optimize user access, deploy MFA, and leverage Sentinel log analytics. Collaboration with enterprise teams is crucial. Deep expertise in identity security, automation, and enterprise system integration is essential.

Requirements

• Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent practical experience
• Have 10 or more years of experience managing teams in the IAM domain
• Possess strong expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Okta, SAML applications, zero trust security, multi-factor authentication, and account lifecycle management
• Have hands-on experience with the Entra suite
• Show proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation
• Have experience with Sentinel log analytics
