Senior Technical Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Senior Technical Manager (IAM) and lead our Identity and Access Management team. This 100% remote role, with occasional travel, requires 10+ years of experience managing IAM teams. You will oversee Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Manager, Oracle HCM integrations, and API-based services, ensuring security best practices and zero trust principles. Responsibilities include managing IAM operations, enforcing security compliance, implementing API integrations, and troubleshooting IAM-related issues. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in identity security, automation, and enterprise system integration, along with strong experience in relevant technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent practical experience
• 10 or more years of experience managing teams in the IAM domain
• Strong expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager
• Comprehensive understanding of Okta, SAML applications, zero trust security, multi-factor authentication, and account lifecycle management
• Hands-on experience with the Entra suite
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation
• Experience with Sentinel log analytics
