Lead Security Technical Program Manager

Summary

Join Modernizing Medicine (ModMed) as a Lead Security TPM to drive the execution of high-impact security initiatives. Manage program timelines, remove roadblocks, communicate risks, and ensure alignment across teams. Scale security efforts through operational rigor, metrics, and structured execution frameworks. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Engineering or Project Management or equivalent experience
• 7+ years managing technical programs or projects in a security or software engineering organization

Responsibilities

• Drive PI planning coordination for the security organization, aligning cross-team priorities and dependencies
• Manage execution of key security programs including DAST, EDR, IAM, DLP, Email Security, and API Security
• Track vulnerability remediation progress across value streams and hold teams accountable to SLAs
• Provide regular reporting on program status, risks, and key metrics to security leadership and stakeholders
• Operationalize and document program playbooks in Confluence and drive JIRA workflows for execution
• Facilitate change management and structured rollout of new tools or processes

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or Agile certification is a plus
• Experience leading programs for DAST, IAM or other security technologies is a plus
