Summary

Join Modernizing Medicine (ModMed) as a Lead Security TPM to drive the execution of high-impact security initiatives. Manage program timelines, remove roadblocks, communicate risks, and ensure alignment across teams. Scale security efforts through operational rigor, metrics, and structured execution frameworks. Drive PI planning coordination, aligning cross-team priorities and dependencies. Manage execution of key security programs, track vulnerability remediation progress, and provide regular reporting. Operationalize and document program playbooks and facilitate change management. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Engineering or Project Management or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years managing technical programs or projects in a security or software engineering organization

Responsibilities

  • Drive PI planning coordination for the security organization, aligning cross-team priorities and dependencies
  • Manage execution of key security programs including DAST, EDR, IAM, DLP, Email Security, and API Security
  • Track vulnerability remediation progress across value streams and hold teams accountable to SLAs
  • Provide regular reporting on program status, risks, and key metrics to security leadership and stakeholders
  • Operationalize and document program playbooks in Confluence and drive JIRA workflows for execution
  • Facilitate change management and structured rollout of new tools or processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or Agile certification is a plus
  • Experience leading programs for DAST, IAM or other security technologies is a plus
