Join Vital as a Technical Implementation Manager and lead the successful deployment of our patient experience applications to customers. You will own the entire implementation process, from initial kickoff to go-live, ensuring seamless integration and configuration within diverse healthcare environments. This role requires strong project management skills, experience with healthcare IT systems, and excellent client communication. You will configure our platform, coordinate with hospital IT teams, develop implementation plans, train client staff, and serve as the technical point of contact. Requirements

- Experience rolling out software solutions in healthcare environments

- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple concurrent rollout projects
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation projects end-to-end, with an emphasis on successful solution rollout and client adoption
- Configure and set up facilities within our platform using our internal applications
- Coordinate with hospital IT teams to establish necessary data integrations (HL7, FHIR, SFTP)
- Develop and execute implementation plans with clear milestones and timelines
- Train client staff on platform usage and best practices
- Serve as the technical point of contact throughout the deployment process
- Ensure smooth transition from implementation to ongoing support
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with system configuration and technical setup (specific healthcare experience preferred but not required)
